Wondering how to navigate the current real estate landscape in Telluride should not be. Telluride Properties is here for you, and we remain committed to providing you with the necessary tools and proactive guidance required to make informed decisions in the pursuit of your goals.

Please find some frequently asked questions below …

Are you open for business?

YES! For the safety of our team and community, we are all working from home while our office locations remain closed to the public (effective through May 1, at least). Our team of brokers are available to you at anytime via phone, email, or virtual meetings. Give us a call any time or send an email to osg@oneillstetina.com

How can I tour homes right now?

Per state and county orders, in-person showings/tours are not allowed at this time (effective through May 1, at least). Our local Realtor Association has diligently advocated to have these restrictions lifted and we are optimistic that in the near future you will be able to tour homes in person. When that time comes, we have procedures in place & equipment ready to keep you as safe as possible.

In the meantime …

Virtual 3-D Tours give a comprehensive sense of the layout of a home or condo, properties with virtual tours can be viewed here.

Virtual Showings are highly personalized, we can answer your questions and point out the home’s attributes while we walk through the property together via FaceTime. Schedule a virtual showing.

Are you selling properties right now?

YES! People are still buying and selling real estate in Telluride. Real estate transactions were mostly digital even before now, but in light of current conditions, it is now possible for us to manage everything virtually – from showings and contracts to due diligence and new virtual closings.

We can also recommend lawyers to provide special coronavirus clauses and lenders that are able to close loans right now.

How can I stay up on the market?

New properties are continuing to come to the market. You don’t need to miss out just because you can’t be here. Our website can email you alerts for new listings, price reductions, and more. Get started here.

And when you’re ready, our brokers are standing by to answer all the questions your computer can’t. Contact them now.

Can I book a vacation rental?

Currently in the Town of Telluride, you are not allowed to book rentals for less than 90 days. We have relationships will local management companies and can help guide you through this process, keeping you informed as the restrictions change.

What’s life like in Telluride right now?

To be completely honest, we’ve all never felt so grateful to live where we do. Retreating to our wide-open spaces for hikes and skiing has kept us healthy, mentally and physically. We have been humbled by the collective support and action of our community. The vigor of our local medical professionals in preventing the spread of COVID-19, while still attending to our everyday health needs, has been nothing short of incredible. Our small town businesses have been a lifeline for food and supplies – supporting them so they can survive is top of everyone’s mind.

The Telluride Daily Planet newspaper has been a diligent one-stop source for ongoing information, check it out here.
