How can I tour homes right now?

Per state and county orders, in-person showings/tours are not allowed at this time (effective through May 1, at least). Our local Realtor Association has diligently advocated to have these restrictions lifted and we are optimistic that in the near future you will be able to tour homes in person. When that time comes, we have procedures in place & equipment ready to keep you as safe as possible.

Can I book a vacation rental?

Currently in the Town of Telluride, you are not allowed to book rentals for less than 90 days. We have relationships will local management companies and can help guide you through this process, keeping you informed as the restrictions change.

To be completely honest, we’ve all never felt so grateful to live where we do. Retreating to our wide-open spaces for hikes and skiing has kept us healthy, mentally and physically.
