Brian O’Neill

Brian O’Neill Director

Upon graduating from Brown University in 1984, Brian entered the real estate world as a project planner for a large development firm in Boston. He moved to Telluride in 1989 for a winter of skiing in the San Juans and instantly fell in love with the community. Brian decided to stay and actively became involved in the real estate market. Brian’s mission is to provide the most thorough and insightful service possible, resulting in the highest level of professionalism and integrity for your transaction.

Marty Stetina Partner

Marty Stetina is partners with Brian O’Neill in the O’Neill Stetina Group. Since his move here full time in 2011, Marty quickly emerged as one of the top producing brokers in the Telluride region, and has been involved in over $250,000,000 in sales during that time period. Marty’s particular focus is on high‐end residential, commercial, ranch and fishing properties as well as development projects where he can utilize his 18+ years of prior experience as a real estate attorney in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.

Denise Scanlon Broker Associate

Denise Scanlon moved to Telluride in 1995 from Weston, Massachusetts. She grew up skiing and spending her summers in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in the Lake Winnipesaukee region. Denise is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst where she earned a degree in Resource Economics. She and her husband own Telluride Landscape Company and have two boys. They spend their free time enjoying the outdoors skiing, playing hockey and traveling. Denise worked as a banker at Alpine Bank, Telluride and then was a closing agent and Assistant Vice President of Telluride Mountain Title for 7 years. She brings with her extensive title and closing knowledge and has facilitated many 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

Jake is a lifelong resident of Colorado's Western Slope and started with the O'Neill Stetina Group in May of 2015. A graduate of Colorado Mesa University, Jake came to Telluride after earning degrees in Hospitality Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. His diverse educational background makes Jake an asset when developing marketing plans, managing contracts, and navigating the nuances of the Telluride market and region. Jake is a passionate fly fisherman and skier and is committed to embodying and sharing the Telluride lifestyle.
