About Katie Pharo
Katie Pharo is originally from Mountain Brook, Alabama, a close-knit suburb just outside of Birmingham. After earning her degree in Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, she made the move to Telluride in November 2022, and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle.
What drew her in was more than just the scenery; it was the strong sense of community and the endless opportunities for adventure that made Telluride feel like home. When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations of the O’Neill Stetina Group, you’ll find her trail running, riding the river, backcountry skiing, or exploring the quiet corners of the San Juans.
Now firmly rooted in Telluride, Katie is preparing to take her Colorado real estate license exam this summer. With a strong foundation in sustainability and an entrepreneurial mindset, she’s excited to continue growing with the O’Neill Stetina Group and to help others discover the magic of the mountains — and the community she’s proud to call home.
