Marty is a Partner and co-founder of the O’Neill Stetina Group and has been involved in over two billion dollars of real estate sales since his move to Telluride in 2011. His professional pedigree is honed by his years as a highly successful broker, developer and attorney. His primary focus remains rooted in high-end residential, commercial and multi-unit single family development projects where he can utilize his decade of prior experience as a real estate attorney on Nantucket Island. While his law practice specialized in real estate conveyancing, Marty has extensive experience in land use, zoning, planning, environmental, construction and contract law. He has an acute understanding of the distinctive needs of high net worth, high profile, discerning buyers having worked virtually his entire professional career in Nantucket and Telluride.
Marty has successfully co-managed the development, marketing, sales and brokerage of some of Telluride’s most successful and iconic projects including Element 52, Bear Creek Reserve, Transfer Telluride, Cimarron Mountain Club, The Highline Residences and The Sages. Marty and his Partners specialize in development projects commencing with site acquisition, transition to assemblage and management of design professionals and the municipal permitting team and subsequently oversee each project from entitlement to vertical construction to sale. In the complicated and highly nuanced venue of residential development where pointed knowledge of local municipal permitting protocol is critical, hiring a broker with a breadth of experience is paramount.

He married his college sweetheart and together they have three beautiful children who were all raised in Telluride. Marty is a scratch golfer and avid fly fisherman in his free time.
