SoulCycle Co-founder Elizabeth Cutler Seeks $29.5M for Her Stunning Colorado Residence

Elizabeth Cutler, cofounder of SoulCycle, has listed her stunning Telluride area mountain retreat for $29.5 million. Represented by the O’Neill Stetina Group in Telluride, the 8,100 square foot estate sits on approximately 5 acres of dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, and mature aspens. Originally purchased in 2013 for $4.17 million, the home has been extensively upgraded and now features seven bedrooms, a mudroom, bunk room, office, game room, guest suites, and a dedicated wellness center with a lap pool, sauna, steam room, and yoga and meditation studio.

Designed as a deeply restorative sanctuary, the residence offers multiple patios with panoramic views and comes fully furnished, including custom interiors, a fleet of e-bikes, and a small electric vehicle with charging stations. Cutler, who left SoulCycle in 2016 and now focuses on investing and running a vintage furniture store in New York City, is selling as her children no longer use the home as frequently.
