Getting to Telluride just got easier. The Colorado Flights Alliance has announced an expanded schedule of air service for the Winter 2025–26 season, making it simpler than ever to reach the San Juan Mountains from major cities across the U.S.
This winter, travelers can fly nonstop into Montrose (MTJ) or directly into Telluride (TEX) from 13 major hubs on six different airlines, including United, American, Delta, Southwest, Denver Air Connection, and Breeze Airways.
Among the highlights:
  • United Airlines is increasing flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Montrose (MTJ) from twice weekly to five times per week—perfect for those seeking quick weekend access from Southern California.
  • Southwest Airlines is introducing brand-new nonstop service from Nashville (BNA) to Montrose, launching March 2026.
  • Breeze Airways, one of the newest and fastest-growing carriers in the U.S., will operate nonstop flights from John Wayne/Orange County (SNA) to Montrose twice weekly this winter.
With these additions, visitors and homeowners alike can enjoy smoother connections and shorter travel days—just in time for another exceptional Telluride ski season.
