Mike Weist was born and raised in Colorado and passion for the outdoors led him to Telluride in 1997. His earlier years in Telluride were spent as the Chef at Allred’s Restaurant and Alpino Vino (ever had the Grilled Cheese?) He graduated with a Master’s Degree from the University of Colorado in water policy and is involved in local and statewide water policy organizations. As a member of O’Neill Stetina Group, he specializes in buyer relations and would love to share his passion for the Telluride lifestyle with you.
Natalie Binder has deep roots in the Telluride area, so it was only natural that she landed in Telluride nearly 20 years ago after moving from Wyoming. With an undergraduate degree in Hospitality and a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, she forged a career in both industries beginning with the development team at Lumiere in Mountain Village. After launching Lumiere on the sales and marketing team with Sotheby’s, she opened the hotel as the General Manager. She spent nearly 8 years managing Exceptional Stays – a luxury management company and launching international markets in Mexico, Spain and Switzerland. Currently, she is a partner and developer at CampV – a new boutique redevelopment project just an hour from Telluride. Natalie also serves on the Mountain Village Town Council, the Mountain Village subarea committee, The Telluride Foundation Grant Committee and current Board Member of the Madeline Hotel HOA and We Arts.
Maggie Martin is a dynamic and highly skilled Telluride Real Estate Broker specialized in working with buyers and sellers since 2015. Maggie joins the O’Neill Stetina Group after 5 years with LIV (Telluride) Sotheby’s International Realty. She’s been a board member of the Telluride Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 2016, was awarded “Rookie Realtor of the Year” in 2017 by the Telluride Association of Realtors, and is a committee member for the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund. Maggie is passionate about providing excellent service for her clients, attention to detail, and creating long lasting relationships. She prides herself on her blatant honesty and high level of moral standards that she brings to every deal.
Ryan Yaseen was raised by a designer and two entrepreneurs, giving him a keen awareness of elegance and opportunity, two of the qualities he most appreciates about Telluride. Over a decade of experience in hospitality and service has taught him that the best approach to business is through efficient communication and teamwork, tenacity, attention to detail, and a positive outlook.
